DialxCollection – Refund Policy

• Returns: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Product must be unused, in original packaging.

• Process: Contact us via WhatsApp (+923281517170) or email support@dialxcollection.com to initiate a return.

• Refund Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit.

• COD Orders: COD orders can be refunded to your bank account or via replacement shipment, once the item is received.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or wrong.

• Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted depending on stock availability.
